This promotion applies to all new PIN-UP users who've made their first deposit after 29.12.2023. The promotion will only be applied to each customer's initial deposit. The first deposit bonus can only be received once. To get the bonus after signing up, the customer must make a successful deposit in the Sports section of the PIN-UP website. The bonus will be automatically credited to the customer’s Bonus Balance. Bonus wagering requirements must be met within 720 hours (1 month) since the bonus was obtained. When this period expires, the bonus balance is nullified automatically and any winnings on the bets made with the bonus balance that haven't been settled yet will be annulled. To transfer the amount from the Bonus Balance to the Main Balance, the client must wager 10 times of the bonus sum with bets from the Main Balance. The clients must also be aware that multiple bets are settled exclusively in the priority order established by the company's internal software algorithms. If a client made multiple bets on one event, whether single or accumulator type, only the first bet to be settled will count towards the wagering requirements. For various reasons, the order of settlement might be different from the order the bets were made in the system. Any complaints regarding bets settlement order and thus their contribution to wagering requirements, will not be considered by the Company. The bonus funds only become available for betting when there is not enough money on the real money balance to make a bet. Your balance will switch automatically if there is less than (or equivalent in another currency). Bets made with bonus funds are settled according to the bookmaker's general settlement rules. However, no bets made with bonus funds contribute towards wagering requirements. Whenever a bonus is transferred to the real account, its value cannot exceed twice the amount of the initial bonus. If the bonus value exceeds this amount during the transfer, the real money balance will only be credited with double the amount of the initial bonus and the rest of the bonus funds will be annulled. Before making a deposit into their account, customers must agree to receive a sports betting bonus either on the ‘Account Settings’ page in the My Account section, or directly on the ‘Deposit’ page. This bonus is automatically credited to customers’ accounts once the first deposit has been made, provided that the account details have been completed in full and a phone number has been activated.

3. How to redeem your bonus:

Upon receiving a 100% bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 5 times in accumulator bets. Each accumulator bet must contain 3 or more selections. At least 3 selections within the accumulator bet must have odds of 1.40 or higher. The start dates of all the events must be within the validity period of this offer.

4. The bonus is deemed to have been wagered only after all the bets for the specified amount have been settled.

Only one bonus is allowed per customer, family, address, shared computer, shared IP address, and any identical account details including e-mail address, bank account details, credit card information and payment system account. 13. Customers must provide ID documents, when required, to validate their identity (KYC). Failure to produce these documents when requested will result in the forfeit of any bonuses/winnings. The Company reserves the right to request, at any time, that customers provide photographic evidence of them holding their ID (the customer’s face must be clearly visible in the photo) or undergo the identification process via telephone.

14. If 1xBet believes itself to be the victim of fraud or money laundering, the company has the right to close customers' accounts and freeze the remaining balance.

15. After the bonus has been redeemed, your main account will be credited with the remaining bonus funds, which will not exceed the initial bonus amount. If, after it is redeemed, the bonus account balance is less than the minimum stake amount, the bonus is deemed to be lost.

16. Refunded bets, as well as any type of Handicap or Total bets, do not count towards the wagering requirement.

Customers can withdraw any amount from 0 to the total value of deposits made before they fulfill the conditions of the offer if their remaining account balance is at least twice the bonus amount (withdrawal of the bonus amount and winnings is not permitted). Withdrawals cannot be made if the remaining account balance is less than the bonus amount and if there are any unsettled bets. The bonus must be used within 30 days of registration. Customers may reject the bonus before they fulfil the requirements of the offer in full if their remaining account balance is higher than the bonus amount. Customers may withdraw the remainder of all their deposits. In this case, all winnings and the bonus amount will be forfeited.
